Lynn Moore co-founded Motio with Lance Hankins in June of 1999 and currently leads client relationships, business development and company operations. Lynn's commitment to service and the delivery of mission critical applications has enabled Motio to build a client base of well over one hundred clients, including industry leaders such as Tyson Foods, GMAC, AIMCO, Coca-cola, Microsoft and Verizon. Under Lynn's management, the company has obtained a reputation as being among the best software development firms in the country, focused on building high quality, extensible solutions on time and within budget. Prior to co-founding Motio, Lynn worked as a developer for Texas Instruments and as a architectural consultant for US Web, where he led multiple development projects on behalf of TAABS, VHA, Health Vision, Brinker International, and Aimco Buyers Access. Lynn's vast knowledge of enterprise application development led to Motio's partnership with COGNOS and the company's continued focus on the evolving field of business intelligence.

Lance Hankins co-founded Motio with Lynn Moore in June of 1999, and currently heads up research and development and product engineering for the company. Lance has an extensive background in the architecture and implementation of large scale, distributed systems using CORBA and J2EE based architectures, and has leveraged this experience across a wide range of domains - financial, telecomunications, defense, pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, middleware and more. Prior to co-founding Motio, Lance worked as a member of the Object Technology Center at Raytheon, and as a software consultant at Valtech.

Gavin Stener brings over 20 years of company start-up, international sales and marketing and IPO experience to Motio. With a background in manufacturing systems and process optimization technologies, Gavin is a leader in driving start-up ventures with their marketing, sales and operational strategies to achieve key benchmarks in new markets. In various roles including VP of Sales, SVP Sales, Marketing and Operations and CEO, Gavin has proven himself adept at developing the teams and infrastructure to open new markets and to maximize a company's growth performance. Gavin has also designed and implemented award-winning programs that have allowed companies to achieve tremendous growth. He was a driving force in Vitria Technology's successful IPO. Early in his career Gavin worked for 3M, IBM and Oracle throughout Europe, Asia and the U.S. A native of England, Gavin is a U.S. citizen.
