Schedule Delivery

MotioPI™ Professional's Schedule Delivery feature is a streamlined method for managing recipient lists for Cognos jobs and schedules.

Cognos professionals are enabled to work with multiple users as well as allocating numerous schedules at once with this efficient component in MotioPI™ Pro.  Gone are the days of adding a single user to one schedule at a time in Cognos...a very inefficient use of one's time.  

The Schedule Delivery component integrates directly with Cognos, providing access to:

• Cognos user lists to multi-select from
• All Cognos jobs & schedules to add or modify recipients in batch 
• Delivery options to define in schedules

PI Pro also provides a comparison of the jobs & schedules' recipient lists both before and after they are modified, as well as a backup of the original content.
