IBM Cognos SDK & Webservices Consulting
Motio partners with Cognos to deliver expert Cognos SDK consulting. We have been working intensely with the SDK for Cognos ReportNet and Cognos 8 since early in their betas. During that time, we have helped hundreds of Cognos customers extend the functionality of these products using the Cognos SDK. We also provide a series of products which enable customers to easily extend, customize or embed Cognos BI solutions.
IBM Cognos Mashup Services
Motio is pleased to provide full Cognos Mashup Services (CMS) implementation and customization services. The new CMS API allows IBM Cognos users to expose IBM Cognos content to other internal and external applications like never before. Motio knows better than any IBM partner how best to deploy the CMS. Having worked with the IBM Cognos SDK/webservices since 2002, Motio consultants can assist clients on how best to deploy the CMS. Services include training, project management and development around the CMS API.
IBM Cognos SDK & Webservices Training
Motio provides onsite training for developers. Each course is tailored to the specific goals of the client. Training on-site in groups of up to 8 developers at a time helps our clients save on T&E costs and allows training to incorporate client specific project code vs having to use demonstration code.
Application Development
Motio has successfully implemented a large number of enterprise applications. We have been working in the field of distributed programming since the mid-nineties, and have a great deal of experience with several different programming stacks. We started as experts in CORBA and C++, building large-scale OLTP systems for companies like Wells Fargo and MCI. At the turn of the century, we became heavily focused on the J2EE platform and it remains our most frequently used technology stack. We also have a group which focuses almost exclusively on the Microsoft .NET Platform.
